On first tasting it was good, but lacked body and was kind of watery. After an extra week of CO2 this is my best batch ever!
Life is full of mistakes, learn to embrace and learn from them. This batch, I forgot to throw in the aroma hops. Now I will leave the aroma hops out in my next batch, as I have found I am a malt guy, not a hop head!
